     I think developing a program, each site is very individual and you have to really work with the people on the site.  I think if you're developing an in school program, one of the things that we worked hard on and we need to work harder on, is, because we're essentially a group of parents who put the program together, we need to involve the school as much as possible.  The school's been very open to this, but the teachers are busy.  They don't have a lot of time to do the curriculum development themselves. So the main issue that we've had to deal with is getting the teachers more directly involved with the program, getting them to take a bigger role in the program, and hopefully eventually take control of the program.
