A Personal Observation on the State of Things

In addition to the legalese information found in the Comm Web Copyright Statement.

Web pages and links are curious entities, and the entire notion of a web is hardly amenable to most notions of copyright, at least insofar as it concerns those pages and items that folks put up for their own amusement and the interest and amusement of others. Given that anything put up on the web is defacto and by default in the posession of the client, this seems to be the only sensible policy concerning future and further use of same:

The plants and flowers
I raised about my hut
I now surrender
To the will
Of the wind.
