SPIRALS AND SYMMETRY

The mysteries of the unknown are typified by spirals in space. The spiritual elements of life have symmetry of their own. We as biologists see DNA as the essence of life. Our human life cycle too involves a symmetry.

Drawn in the form of a helix, human lives cycle between life and death (Watercolour, published in the Journal of Transfigural Mathematics, 2001).

SPACE LIMITS

We live with severe limitations on our environment and restrictions on land and air space.

Drawn after the Gujarat earthquake in India, 2001 and after the collapse of the Kyoto agreement (Oil on canvas, 2001).
