JUDY ST. AUSTIN Judy has been creating art since childhood. Formal training began after moving from the Midwest to California. She was fortunate to study under renowned teachers associated with the Bauhaus, the Founder of the San Diego Mengei International Museum, and Los Angeles Art School established by Nelbert Chouinard. Nature captured the artist long ago. The artist endeavors to capture her impressions of nature. As in nature, watercolors can be spontaneous and unpredictable. Judith St. Austin received her BA in art, Art History minor, from San Diego State University. |
