Current advisor: Brian Goldfarb

I am originally from Cupertino CA. I earned a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) from Stanford in 2014 with foci in chemistry and philosophy. I was treasurer of the Alpha Alpha chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma, a professional chemistry fraternity, from 2012-2014. Following my graduation, I worked as the Honors Program Coordinator at the Stanford McCoy Center for Ethics in Society.

My research interests include video games, disability studies, and science education. One of my main career goals is to someday join or lead an organization that facilitates the transition of underrepresented communities into higher STEM education and projects. If this is something that you're passionate about as well, check out two organizations I've worked with: the Leland Scholars Program at Stanford and the Level Playing Field Institute.

I am a classical ballerina by training, but I love to play and try all sports. Fun dance experiences include a workshop with Robert Moses Kin and a 3-year stint with Stanford's Bollywood fusion dance team, Dil Se. Next up: learning some martial arts fundamentals with the wonderful UCSD Yongmudo Hapkido group.
