Gavin Halm

Lecturer

Gavin Halm is a media maker and producer whose past professional work has spanned virtual reality entertainment experiences for Hollywood studios to advertising and media production for international clients. His intellectual interests run the gamut from design futures and the effects of mixed reality technologies on society, to contemporary film and photography studies, to Enlightenment theories of nature and the environment. He holds a MFA in Media Arts from UCLA, and a BA in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts from UCSD.
